4 best yoga poses to beat back pain

Nowadays, Covid-19 lockdown, mostly everyone is at home. There is hardly any physical activity or morning walk. By default, there is always some sort of physical activity in our life, it is while going to the office or while going to malls for grocery or simple morning/evening walk routine.

Back pain is very frequent if we are locked at one location and doing very less walking or stretching.
